The second bedroom has two separate mattresses (each 90 cm x 200 cm). The two shower rooms have walk-in shower cubicles and a double washbasin. The open-plan living and dining area with a fully equipped integrated kitchen completes the living comfort. A comfortable upholstered corner, which also serves as a sleeping area, and a large dining table round off the offer.
Outside, the villa's own shaded terrace with exclusive furniture provides the perfect place for al fresco dining or simply relaxing on the cushioned loungers. Mosquito screens and roller shutters on the sliding patio doors ensure undisturbed enjoyment.
