New condos with 2 bedrooms, 2 baths; living room, dining area and kitchen in open concept lay out. Queen size bed in one room and bunk beds in other, with convertible sofa in living room. Each sleeps five comfortably and has fully equipped luxury Italian kitchen, including microwave, stovetop, oven, and refrigerator. TV with cable channels and internet (WiFi) available. Private garage for parking is also available. Two identical condos can be rented, one with access to beautiful terrace with access to grill and other with access to balcony. Beautiful view and weather

It's a great stay in the perfect location you can do a quick trip to a waterfall or to the hot springs. The property manager was helpful, an all-around great experience.

Beautiful spot

There were many small things that needed to be addressed...a beautiful big deck but only 2 chairs, water pressure in the kitchen, kitchen drain stopper didn't hold the water in the sink . Parking in the first garage was a challenge to my backing up skills! The manager,Suli and the owner Gus were extremely helpful and patient.

It was fine...

The space itself is fine - a modern condo that could easily be in Seattle. The deck probably has a great view (it was cloudy the whole time we were there, so we couldn’t really see the lake and definitely did not see Arenal, though that is obviously not related to the space.). The garage is *really* hard to get an SUV into, which you essentially need to do anything in the area because many of the roads aren’t paved. It is basically 2 hours away from La Fortuna and Monteverde, regardless of what it says on the maps. We ended up leaving 3 days early and booking another place closer to where we could do the activities that we wanted to do. We love remote places, but this was the wrong kind of remote for us. The keys and garage remote were also a bit challenging to work. On the upside, Suli, the property manager, was very nice and very responsive!

Nice, Modern, but needs attention.

Located in lovely small village of San Luis-Tilaran on a busy road with lots of motorcycles. Great views of Lake Arenal. Constant breeze kept us cool. Bed linens and pillows need updating, towels fine. A bunk bed that we tried to use was broken. Only 3 glasses, no wine glasses, no blender. Needs oven-proof large dish for reheating and cookie sheet. Difficult, tight parking entrance to secure garage. Tv should be moved from bedroom to Living space to make it more convenient. Saving grace was the rental manager, Coryn. Attended to any needs we had, great recommendations for restaurants and side trips. Guiterrez Pizza down the road was among the best we have ever had.

Unit was beautiful, very well equipt and a great taking off place to visit the lake.

Unit included nice terrace and grassy area outside. Great for small dog. Master bed was very comfortable, with great pillows. Best bed of our 2 month stay in Costa Rica. Breeze made air pleasant. No need for air conditioning while there. Close to excellent soda. Close to TIliran and Tsunami Pizza (great!) Rained most days, but was usually short showers, then nice day. Garage was a plus. We enjoyed our time there.

Great Place

We stayed in their first floor apartment during our visit in December 2015. It is a great place to stay close to Tilaran, about 1.5 hours from Liberia airport. Roads are great and it was very accessible with garage included. Coryn was simply superb, we got delayed getting our rental car and driving from the airport but she came into the town to receive us. The apartment itself was very clean with washer and dryer included , which was a blessing considering how many pairs of clothes we go through in a day when you are dealing with rain every other hour or so. The kitchen was well equipped, and we did not have any issues preparing dinner for a family of 4. The windows open out to the lush green patios , and all of them have screen doors. We saw a rainbow almost every day when we stayed there through the window. Water is potable, we did not have any issues drinking the water straight out of the tap when we ran out of bottled water one of the days and none of us got sick or anything. They have world class surf lessons very close to this place. They have a super market in town, not too far and we got our groceries from there. The security deposit was also returned to us even before we got back home from vacation. Very prompt responses and very nice people to deal with. If we go back, we will surely lease this place again. It was super safe place, neighbors were friendly.
