Whether you want to warm up after a day on the slopes or spend a cosy evening with your family, our house is the perfect choice for you.

In the ground floor holiday flat you will find a fully equipped kitchen with all amenities such as a microwave, dishwasher, kettle and a Senseo coffee machine. The large living room is equipped with SAT TV and a cosy wood-burning stove. There is a double bedroom with washbasin, a bedroom with bunk beds and washbasin, and a further bedroom with two single beds and satellite TV. A bathroom with shower/WC completes the offer, while the underfloor heating in all rooms ensures cosy warmth.

The outdoor area of Haus Aloisia leaves nothing to be desired. In summer, our garden invites you to linger in the peace and quiet and the healthy Alpine air, while children can let off steam in the playground. A washing machine and tumble dryer are also available in summer. In winter you benefit from the ski and ski boot drying facilities in the house.

Haus Aloisia enjoys a privileged position above the village of St. Michael, in a wonderful panoramic location and yet not far from shopping and entertainment facilities (approx. 2 minutes by car to the centre). The ski bus stop is right next to the house and, if there is enough snow, you can even ski down to the house. For active holidaymakers, the surrounding area offers numerous possibilities such as fishing, mountaineering, golfing, mountain biking, paragliding, tobogganing and skiing (cross-country and alpine). In addition, the Lungaucard is included from 1 June to 31 October, which opens up even more possibilities.

Let yourself be enchanted by the familiar atmosphere and the excellent location of our house Aloisia. Winter lovers and summer connoisseurs alike will find their perfect holiday home here. Great apartment! Clean, updated and spacious.

This is a great apartment! All the appliances were updated and the space was clean and inviting. It worked out perfectly for my family. Communication with the owner was quick, and the nearby town (at the bottom of the hill) was very nice -- with a number of nice restaurants which we enjoyed. The kitchen was fully equipped, and we ate breakfasts there, but decided to enjoy the nearby restaurants instead of cooking. We would definitely stay there again.
