No smoking in the house. Smoking on the terraces, balconies and garden terrace, gazebo possible.
Living area: approx. 60 m², air conditioning, covered terrace 22 m².
Dining room with TV. Kitchen with fridge, oven, dishwasher, microwave with oven and grill function, coffee machine, toaster, kettle.
