Directly accessible via the upper entrance with only one step, this gem presents itself with an open ceiling construction that gives you a charming view of the roof beams. The large bedrooms are not only furnished with cosy double beds (180 x 200 cm), but also offer comfortable, pull-out sofas, three-door wardrobes, small tables and wall-mounted wardrobes for your ultimate living comfort.

Inside the flat, you will find a generously equipped kitchen that also serves as a dining area. Here you can enjoy meals together at a large table with space for up to 10 people. The fitted kitchen offers plenty of worktop space as well as a four-zone ceramic hob, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher and two fridges - ideal for extensive self-catering. There is also a coffee machine (filter and Nespresso), a kettle and a toaster. Flat-screen televisions with satellite TV provide entertainment in every room. The interior bathrooms are equipped with fully glazed shower cubicles, hairdryers and make-up mirrors, while underfloor heating in all rooms ensures cosy warmth.

The outdoor area boasts south-facing balconies from which you can enjoy a marvellous view of the mountains. Each balcony is furnished with a table and four chairs, ideal for enjoying the view with a glass of fine wine.
