Welcome to our excellent non-smoking house with "4 Edelweiss", which offers you wellness and all comforts as well as free WLAN. Our house, ideal for self-catering guests, is located in the sunny and quiet district of Winkl and presents itself as your perfect holiday destination, whether you are looking for relaxation or activity. Thanks to its central location, it is the ideal base from which to explore the surrounding cities of Munich, Salzburg and Innsbruck, each just an hour's drive away.
The cosy attic flat measures approximately 50m² and is located on the first floor. Extremely modern and comfortably furnished, you will find an eat-in kitchen with a fully equipped kitchen including an electric hob, oven, microwave, a Senseo combi coffee machine, toaster and kettle. There is a table for four for your meals. The living areas offer a double bed with adjustable headboard, as well as a single bed and a sofa bed in the second bedroom, which can also be used as a living room. A flat-screen satellite TV in both the kitchen and the living area, a safe and plenty of storage space complete the furnishings. The bright bathroom is equipped with a shower, WC, washbasin, hairdryer and a practical washer/dryer.
The south-facing balcony with table and chairs invites you to spend relaxing hours outdoors. Here you can unwind and enjoy the impressive panoramic view of the Kaiser Mountains. The house itself, which is easy to reach without any incline, has a practical ski boot dryer, which is particularly useful for winter sports enthusiasts.
The area around our house offers something for everyone: the nearby lake, around 1 km away, is easy to reach and offers free access to the swimming areas and outdoor pools in Kössen and Reit im Winkl with the free bathing passes we provide. For sports enthusiasts, there is a riding stable, a tennis centre and a golf course in the immediate vicinity. The village centre with its diverse shopping facilities and restaurants as well as the proximity to via ferratas and a 140 km network of cross-country ski trails make our house the perfect starting point for your activities.
