Family flat with shared swimming pool and children's playground In the middle of a green oasis, quietly located in Nikiti Beach, Sithonia, Chalkidiki are the flats with palm garden, swimming pool with baby pool, children's playground and private parking. The beach is 150 metres away. The marina is 600 metres away, as are tavernas, supermarkets, cafes, boutiques and all the entertainment you need. The flats are family-friendly and are located away from the main traffic, yet within easy reach of the main road.

The lofts on the 1st floor consist of a bedroom with double bed and 2 chests of drawers, large balcony with table and 4 chairs and clothes horse, fully equipped kitchenette, wardrobe, desk and satellite TV. The gallery contains 2 single beds with chest of drawers. The bathroom is equipped with toilet, large washbasin, shower cubicle, hairdryer, towel rack and toiletries. All lofts have a low-noise inverter air conditioning system, satellite TV with channels in your language and high-speed WiFi. The entrance doors are fitted with security locks.
The traditional Greek village of Nikiti is located in the centre of the Sithonia peninsula and has the typical flair of a Greek fishing village with its old stone houses, winding alleyways with traditional "kafenions" and fish tavernas. Nikiti and the surrounding area are known for the green pine forests, the numerous small bays with beautiful sandy beaches and crystal clear water and for the local specialities such as honey, olive oil, fish and wine. Nikiti has developed into the centre of Sithonia and has all the infrastructure facilities such as banks, post office, supermarkets, tavernas, medical centres, weekly market and is also lively all year round. At the newly built marina, boat owners offer inexpensive day trips.
