The 50 m² non-smoking flat "Ruhe in EyHus 5" on the first floor is cosily furnished, tiled and has adjustable central and underfloor heating. It offers a bedroom with a large EU king-size double bed, a single bed and an additional single mattress, a travel cot (for hire), ample wardrobe space and a view of the Staubbach Falls. The living room is furnished with two sofas, Wi-Fi internet (20 MB) - please note that there is no TV, but 400 English language films are available. A practical open-plan kitchen area (with dishwasher, 3 hotplates, oven, microwave, rice cooker) leads to the balcony. There is also a shower room/WC with hairdryer, iron and ironing board.
Outside you will find a covered balcony with an unobstructed view of the Staubbach Falls, perfect for relaxing hours outdoors. The flat is part of the quiet residential complex EyHus with seven parties and offers its own washing machine and tumble dryer as well as access to a ski room with private ski locker and table tennis facilities.
