The house is an ideal starting point for numerous walking, hiking and cycling trails, climbing garden, cross-country ski trails, ski lift and ski school. Families with children are very welcome! Four-legged family members are also welcome.

Flat no. 9 with south-facing terrace in the garden was renovated in 2025. Living/bedroom with kitchenette, wall-mounted beds (2 m), dining table and 3 chairs, couch, coffee table; bathroom with bathtub/washbasin/WC; hallway; W-Lan; suitable for allergy sufferers.
