It is immersed in greenery and nature, among the moraines south of Lake Garda, on the banks of the River Mincio (about 500 metres away).
The flats are about 45 square metres and have an independent entrance. They consist of a bedroom with a double bed (1.60 x 1.80 m) and a bunk bed (0.80 x 1.80 m), as well as a wardrobe. The bathroom, with a small ante-bathroom, is equipped with a washbasin, mirror, WC, bidet and shower. The living room offers a sofa bed for two persons, heating with thermostat and meter, a table with six chairs, and an open kitchen. The kitchenette is equipped with a refrigerator with freezer, dishes, cutlery, tablecloths, dishtowels, pots, pans, glasses, espresso machine, electric filter coffee machine, electric oven, four-burner gas hob with electric ignition, and sink with dish rack.
The complete renovation of part of the farmhouse has led to the creation of four new flats created from the old porches. They feature exposed wooden beams and overlook the courtyard. Two flats are on the ground floor and two on the first floor. Please note that all four flats are rented under this property number and are allocated according to availability.
Outside, guests may use the large fenced-in courtyard to their heart's content. There are tables, chairs, sunshades, a barbecue and a play area with a swing and slide for children. Easily accessible and connected by an asphalted road network, two supermarkets are nearby (2 km), a restaurant and pizzeria are 500 m away, a park with swimming pool is 1.5 km away and a pharmacy (1.5 km) is within easy reach. A water park is also 5 km away, while the Sigurtà Park and Borghetto botanical gardens are 6 km away. Lake Garda, with its theme parks such as Gardaland, Movieland, Caneva and Medieval Times, is about 15 km away, Mantua 18 km and Verona 25 km. Venice, 150 km away, is ideal for a day trip.
