From the large terrace equipped with table, chairs and sunshade, the view embraces a natural amphitheatre formed by water and sky, the surrounding mountains and Montisola, celebrated tourist resort and largest lake island in Central and Southern Europe. The swimming pool in the common areas overlooks the lake, with a solarium offering a view that stretches for miles; it can be reached by lift from the garage area.
Situated on a mezzanine floor and covering 45 square metres with exposed beams, the two-room apartment features original, quality furnishings, which combine the pastel tones of the window frames, curtains, wall units and kitchen hood with the vibrant red of the chairs, table and sofa bed. The living room with a large French window overlooking the lake is complemented by a kitchen with induction hob, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, microwave, oven, coffee maker, kettle and hanging flat-screen TV. The cosy double bedroom with a large lake-view window includes a full-wall wardrobe, and the bathroom has a shower cubicle and wall-hung bathroom fittings. There is a large private garage and unlimited Wi-Fi.

Approximately a couple of kilometres away is the centre of Parzanica, a pretty historic village with the Romanesque Church of the Holy Trinity, and the hamlet of Acquaiolo with numerous rustic-style houses. A little further away is Tavernola Bergamasca, a charming lakefront town with a beautiful medieval old town centre and all amenities.

Just over an hour from Milan, Bergamo and their respective international airports, Tavernola Bergamasca is distinguished by its characteristic lakefront with medieval views and settings, above all the Fenaroli Tower that dominates the town. Opposite is Montisola, towards the south the road skirts the lake shore for several kilometres, making the area an oasis surrounded by water; heading north towards Lovere, one of the most beautiful villages in Italy, the road that skirts the Bogn gorge, with its natural arches, is a must. Within a short distance are the Franciacorta wine cellars, the Presolana massif for high-altitude hiking, Valcamonica for archaeological tourism with its 300,000 rock engravings, the slopes of Colere and Monte Pora for hiking and skiing, and Boario for thermal baths.
