It is the quintessential Italian experience, an ideal situation for a romantic week away from it all, but is large enough for two couples sharing a holiday or for a family wanting to introduce their children to nature, history, culture, good food and fantastic hours spent on the shores of Lake Bolsena.
We live in England, but we try to spend as much time at the villa as possible and we plan to move there one day! The ground floor is our holiday apartment and we rent the large luxurious first floor apartment that has its own independent entrance. The apartment is large (130 square metres) and it has been beautifully renovated by using local materials such as cotto, basalt and chestnut wood. It has all the comforts of modern life, home from home, including a dish washer, washing machine and free wi fi connection. There are magnificent views from every window of the apartment and the large loggia is ideal for lazy lunches or long suppers or simply to sit and watch the sun sets on Lake Bolsena and the skies on fire, with a cool glass of Orvieto or Est!
