A semi-detached villa within an elegant residence, set on the slopes of Parzanica - mirroring Lake Iseo - and equipped with a communal swimming pool. Inside, a spacious and well-equipped flat on two floors, with two bathrooms and two bedrooms on the upper floor.
THE SPACES
La Villetta, a holiday home in Parzanica, on the Bergamo side of Lake Iseo, is a place capable of offering a perfect welcome to a family on holiday. This is not only because of the interior spaces - 81 m2 distributed over two floors, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms - but also because of the outdoor spaces that amplify the usable area in fine weather. The panoramic terrace onto which the living room with kitchen on the first floor opens is in fact as spectacular for the view it affords, as it is comfortable and large enough to accommodate both the outdoor dining table and sun loungers, on an adjoining lawn area. In addition, of course, there is the communal swimming pool, which can be used by guests.
Turning to the interior, the two-storey layout follows a classic pattern: the living area on the ground floor, the sleeping area on the upper floor, with two bathrooms, one on each floor.
On the ground floor we thus find a living area with red leather sofas and television, a comfortable dining table for six and a wall-mounted kitchen with induction hob, oven, dishwasher and, of course, fridge and freezer. The bathroom on this floor is equipped with a washing machine and bathtub and there is also a closet. The ceilings are with exposed wooden beams and a staircase, also made of wood, leads to the second floor where we find the double bedroom, with wardrobe and mirrors and a French window opening onto a further small balcony, and the bedroom with the three single beds. Both rooms have parquet flooring, offer wardrobes and mirrors, and enjoy natural light. Here the ceilings, also made of wood and with exposed beams, are sloping but retain a good height everywhere. The second-floor bathroom with shower closes the parade of rooms.
The house's facilities include Wi-Fi and a private garage for parking the car. The rules of the swimming pool, open from the first of May to mid-October and available only to guests of the house and not to any outside visitors, require compliance with elementary rules of hygiene, safety and common sense, as well as the use of swimming caps, which are compulsory. There is a silence zone from 13:30 to 15:30.
