The' Agriturismo è circondato da un giardino, all’ interno del quale vi è la piscina, con una grande terrazza panoramica e il parcheggio privato.Nelle vicinanze ( km 1-2 ) ci sono: supermercati e alimentari, banche, ufficio postale, farmacia, studi medici, pubblica assistenza, ristoranti e pizzerie etc

L'farmhouse "Poggio alla Cavalla" is made up of 5 flats (about 45/45/42/38/30 square metres) and the Master House (about 120 square metres), with a total of 26 beds, 10 of which are in comfortable sofa beds; all have an independent entrance and private garden.
Some lodgings are furnished with furniture and elements from'arredo tipici Toscani, altri dotati all’interno di uno stile moderno.
L' farmhouse is surrounded by a garden, inside which there is a swimming pool, with a large panoramic terrace and private parking.

The flats Arancio-Azzurro-Giallo-Verde- are about 40/45 sq m / sleeps 4 with 1 double bedroom and 1 double sofa bed . Flat Rosso ( about Sq.30 / 3 beds with a room with a double bed and a single bed; they are all on the ground floor, they have the same requirements and the same price, they have an independent entrance, independent heating, air conditioning, TV, Internet WiFi everywhere; their interior consists of:
- A comfortable living area with kitchenette (cooker, electric oven, dishwasher, sink, fridge-freezer), dining table and comfortable double sofa bed ( only the' appartamento Rosso non ha il divano letto ) fornito di biancheria e coperte..
• Camera da letto matrimoniale ( solo l'Rosso flat also has a single bed ) furnished with typical Tuscan or modern furniture and furnishings, supplied with linen and blankets.
- Comfortable and functional bathroom equipped with shower cubicle, washbasin, toilet, bidet and hairdryer, supplied with a set of towels for all guests.

The Master House (approx. 120 sqm / sleeps 7 - 1 double bedroom and 1 single bed, 1 double bedroom and 1 double sofa bed)
The house is on two floors and has: independent entrance, private garden, independent heating, air conditioning, wifi internet, 3 TVs; the house is situated inside the property which includes the garden, the swimming pool with a large panoramic terrace, and private parking.
The ground floor is an open space composed of:
- Large kitchen area with a 5-burner hob, convenient sink, dishwasher, electric oven, coffee machine, 8-drawer freezer column, 320lt refrigerator column, column with electric oven and microwave oven, complete with kitchenware for cooking and all utensils, plate and glass service for 12 people, table and chairs, tablecloth and kitchen linen.
- Living area with TV and DVD, internet and comfortable two-seater sofa bed.
- Space with washing machine and dryer.
On the first floor are:
- two large double bedrooms, one with terrace, and both with the possibility of adding a cot; furnished in modern style with 6-door wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside tables, tv with dvd.
- Comfortable and functional bathroom equipped with bathtub and shower, washbasin, toilet, bidet and hairdryer, supplied with a set of towels for all guests.

All accommodations also have a clothes rack, ironing board and iron; the farmhouse also has a washing machine and laundry room.

Each accommodation also has a private outdoor area equipped for outdoor dining, with table, chairs and gazebo or sunshade, barbecue, and its own parking space in the private courtyard of the farmhouse.

The swimming pool for farmhouse guests only (12x6 metres, open from the end of April to the beginning of October) is equipped with a gazebo, parasols, sun loungers, deckchairs and a shower.

They also take care of the vineyards and olive groves at' azienda agricola e della produzione di vino e olio, secondo il metodo dell'Organic Farming; this type of farming allows for the production of quality Chianti wine and extra virgin olive oil that, in addition to being healthy and genuine, recall authentic flavours and are a guarantee of care for the environment and the well-being of consumers.OUR ORGANIC PRODUCTS ON SALE ARE:- CHIANTI D.O.C.G. wine obtained from selected Sangiovese, Canaiolo, Syrah and Malvasia vines, recommended to accompany Tuscan-style appetisers and main courses of roasts, game and grilled meat. - VALDINIEVOLE WHITE wine, obtained from Trebbiano and White Malvasia grapes, served at a temperature of 8°, is recommended with hors d'oeuvres, crustaceans and fish dishes. - EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL FROM TUSCANY obtained from Leccino, Moraiolo and Frantoio olives using only cold mechanical procedures. The careful processing of the olives picked by hand at the right degree of ripeness guarantees and safeguards the precious organoleptic qualities; yellow in colour with bright green reflections and an intense, mellow, slightly fruity flavour, it is extraordinary on raw food and also enhances the taste of dishes and characterises them with its inimitable refinement of fragrances.
