Terrazza a Lago is a two-storey flat that really does have everything needed to accommodate a family or friends on a comfortable holiday. The indoor spaces - modern, pleasant, well-distributed and able to accommodate up to 5 people - and the outdoor spaces: a terrace overlooking Lake Iseo with a panoramic view and a shared swimming pool open in the summer months.
Spaces
65 square metres may seem a lot more when a house is well designed. This is certainly one of the qualities that jumps out at you upon entering the flat Terrazza a Lago, located in Parzanica on Lake Iseo, which welcomes guests with a room flooded with natural light from a large French window and made even brighter by the light colours of the walls and furniture. This is a flat built only a few years ago and is therefore modern in its cut and choices. The living area hosts an open kitchen equipped with everything (induction cooker, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker), with a dining table and a sofa, which can become a bed if necessary, placed in front of the smart TV. In the spring and summer months, the terrace equipped with armchairs accessed through the French window is the natural extension of this environment: thanks to the view from here, it is easy to imagine yourself spending relaxing moments there.
The sleeping area is on the upper floor, accessible by an easy wooden staircase at the entrance: there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed, the second with bunk beds. Calculating also the sleeping space obtained from the sofa in the living room, the house can thus comfortably accommodate 5 people in different rooms. Naturally, the bathroom is also on this floor, also tiled in light colours and complete with everything you need: the washbasin, toilet and bidet, shower stall, and furniture.
The house has independent heating, the windows are fitted with mosquito nets and there is a private garage. Access to the swimming pool is possible only for guests of the house in the period from 15 May to 30 September, during the hours between 09:00 and 13:30 and between 15:30 and 23:00. The condominium regulations preceding common rules of good behaviour and hygiene must be followed, and silence is required during the interval.
The area
Parzanica is one of the municipalities on the Bergamo side of Lake Iseo, and is located about 750 metres above sea level. It enjoys a good exposure and an excellent view of the lake, allowing the eye to embrace a large portion of it, which includes Montisola, located just opposite, and all the Pre-Alps on the Brescia side. The Bergamo foothills, on the other hand, are at the back: it is easy to imagine how they can become a favourite destination for excursions on foot or by mountain bike. The possibilities for short-range excursions in the Lombardy region are so many that it is tiring to list them: Bergamo can be reached in about an hour's drive, as can Brescia, but Riva di Solto is only twenty minutes away.
