Owner lives on the property.
This part of the house was originally used to press the olives from the land to make extra virgin olive oil. Ideal for a family of 4 persons (+put up bed for child under 12 years).It has now been carefully restored to preserve the original feel.Ground floor - dining/Living area with corner kitchen and shower room. One double and one twin bedroom with the space for an additional bed/cot if required. This ground floor apartments could be suitable for guests with mobility problems, however contact owner for details.
This apartment has a private shaded veranda leading off from the kitchen, perfect for eating Al fresco and relaxing.
The garden that surrounds our infinity pool is fenced in and has a gate that small children cannot open,
The width and length is 7mt X 14mt
The depth is 1,20mt and 1,50mt.
The pool is unsupervised so we ask for all children to be accompanied by an adult.
