The holiday flat on the first floor, perfect for any guest, whether couples or families, offers two bedrooms with double beds, fully equipped with all the necessary comforts. A bathroom with shower, WC and extensive amenities leaves nothing to be desired. The open-plan living area includes a kitchen equipped with modern appliances and a cosy living area with a sofa bed, satellite TV and air conditioning, which leads onto a covered terrace with idyllic garden views.

The outdoor area of the villa invites you to linger and relax. The 730 square metre property offers a small garden with play facilities for children, free private parking and a spacious roof terrace. Here you can relax on sun loungers under parasols or unwind in the outdoor hot tub, which is available for shared use. The whirlpool is used according to a set schedule, which is displayed in each flat.
Each flat has exclusive use of the whirlpool for one hour in the morning and one hour in the afternoon according to the schedule.
If a flat does not use its reserved time, this can be used by guests from another flat by prior arrangement.
