The sofa can be pulled out as a comfortable bed for two people. The open kitchen enables comprehensive self-catering with a four-zone hob, an oven, a fridge with a freezer compartment, and many small electrical appliances, from a toaster to a microwave and coffee machine. You can dine together in the elegant dining space with a corner bench and two swivel chairs. The bathroom has a shower cubicle, a washbasin with a WC and a towel radiator, as well as a window. The apartment has oil central heating.
You can relax on the furnished roof terrace and enjoy the view of the surrounding neighbourhood. You can also relax in the garden, or use the shared grill area for a grill evening.
