Villa Sawan, Sanuk residence Hua Hin The villa is set in an architecturally landscaped large garden with plenty of privacy. The villa is part of a guarded compound of 16 large villas with 24/7 surveillance. Villa is located south in Hua Hin and close to cycling routes, fishing paradise, beaches, sea and 9 golf courses. Everything within easy reach. Nearest golf course is less than 10 minutes' drive away. Thailand's largest water park is a 5-minute drive away, as well as many night markets in Hua Hin and Khao Takiap.

Large garden with lots of privacy, many places to sunbathe or enjoy the peace and quiet. Sunset can be enjoyed from the terraces with the temple with monks in the background. Besides sun terraces and covered terraces, it's nice to stroll through the garden (2400 m²).

The villa, built in Balinese style, is entirely one level 456 m² and thus passable for everyone (wheelchair). A large living room with sitting area and flat screen and DVD player is good for many hours of viewing entertainment, DVDs available. Besides a large kitchen with all modern equipment for cooking, the living room and kitchen are surrounded by large terraces with sitting and dining areas; this is where the family relaxes most. Besides the covered terraces, there are also sun spots throughout the garden, culminating in the sun terrace next to the pool (80 m² throughout the house and fans are hung on all bedrooms as well as on the covered terraces. All four bedrooms have air conditioning and fans. All sleeping areas have large king-size beds with modern box spring mattresses for maximum sleeping comfort. The master bedroom has a double king-size bed where the other bedrooms have separate single beds, which can however be placed against each other. The rooms are all very spacious (7.50 x 5 m and 5 x 5 m). Each bedroom has a private bathroom with its own toilet and shower. If you want to shower outside, you can do so too, between the plants in the outdoor shower. (See photos website). The kitchen is equipped with microwave oven, gas cooker and separate WOK, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, ice machine, toaster, espresso machine, etc.

Directly (300 mtr) on main road south to Phuket and national parks and beaches, sea. Close to many golf courses and other sports attractions.

Very solid and stylish villa with enormous privacy and very large garden and private pool (> 60 sqm) 12.5 x 5 mtr fully secured and 24/7 surveillance by guards for the compound on which the villa is located.
