The holiday flat is located in the rural area of the town of Calw, beautifully surrounded by fields and woods. The nearest supermarket, bakery and butcher are approx. 2 km away. The marvellous Hermann Hesse old town of Calw is about 6 km away. In the neighbouring town of Bad Teinach-Zavelstein, the crocus blossom can be admired from the beginning of March. These meadows are within easy walking distance. The flat is ideal for relaxing. You can start marvellous hikes into the endless expanses of the northern Black Forest directly from the flat. The hiking trails lead over beautiful hills, meadows and through deep forests. The holiday flat is located in the granny flat of a new building. The flat consists of a bedroom, a bathroom and a kitchen-living room. From the kitchen-living room there is a door to the terrace and a staircase to the garden. When the weather is nice, you can have breakfast or read there. In winter, the area is ideal for sledging. There are many meadows right next to the house where there is often snow in winter. For skiers there is a choice of small and medium-sized ski areas. These are approx. 15 km to 70 km away. Please note: WLan is available in the house and in the flat. Mobile phone reception is not always available in the flat. In the entrance area and on the street, however, it is (applies to T1 / Telekom network).
