The surrounding area offers a wide variety of hiking opportunities, e.g. Rheinsteig, Ahrsteig, Westerwaldsteig, Rheinburgenweg and the Siebengebirge mountains are in the immediate vicinity.
There are also very good opportunities for mountain bikers.

The holiday flat has its own 18 m2 terrace and a 60 m2
large garden with deckchair, seating area and stainless steel barbecue and views of the Rhine Valley and Eifel.
The flat has its own entrance.
It is also possible to receive Dutch and Flemish television programmes.

Charging station for electric cars 400m away.
Parking is available on the street in front of the house, if you want to bring bicycles you can park them on the terrace or by arrangement in our garage.

kurztrip

Unterkunft liegt optimalund ist angenehm. Umgebung sehr schön, leider aber einiges schlecht ausgeschildert oder beschrieben.Linz ist eine wunderschöne kleine Altstadt und sehenswert.Im großen und ganzen war es ein schöner kurztrip.
