Splendid property with infinity pool overlooking an exceptional sea view. This very pretty vacation villa, not overlooked, warm and modern at the same time, has been completely renovated. It boasts a spacious, fully air-conditioned, functional interior of very high quality, with sea access just 200 m away on foot.
It is just a few minutes' drive from Sainte Lucie de Porto Vecchio and its amenities.
The house (approx. 200 m2) comprises a large living room with open kitchen opening onto the terrace and pool. On the ground floor, there are 3 bedrooms, each with its own shower room. Upstairs, a beautiful master suite with sea view, dressing room, shower room and balcony/roof terrace. Finally, isolated from the rest of the villa, you'll enjoy a moment of plenitude in another independent master suite with a sea view. Outside, enjoy unforgettable moments with friends or family on the large 100 m2 wooden terrace, complete with garden and pool furniture, barbecue and plancha. The villa's 2000 m2 grounds are fenced, with 3 parking spaces and automatic gates at the entrance.
A real "coup de coeur" with great amenities: beds made up on arrival, bathroom and kitchen linen supplied, final cleaning and tourist tax included in the price.

La vue est incroyable, on ne s’en lasse pas ! La maison est spacieuse et conforme aux photos. Elle est parfaitement Ă©quipĂ©e et adaptĂ©e pour un groupe de 10 adultes. L’espace extĂ©rieur est trĂšs agrĂ©able. Communication fluide et rĂ©active avec la proprio. Nous recommandons fortement ce logement. Si nous devions citer un seul point nĂ©gatif : le bruit de la route, mais c’est tout Ă  fait supportable.

Vue imprenable, piscine Ă  dĂ©bordement, proximitĂ© de la mer et des sites touristiques
 La villa est trĂšs propre, bien dĂ©corĂ©e et super bien Ă©quipĂ©e, nous n’avons manquĂ© de rien ! Parfaite pour rĂ©unir une grande famille (nous Ă©tions 11 !). Chacune des 5 chambres a son coin salle de douche. Le contact avec les hĂŽtes Ă©tait parfait: ils se sont montrĂ©s disponibles et rĂ©actifs Ă  nos demandes de conseils; merci infiniment ! Éventuels bĂ©mols (selon la sensibilitĂ© de certaines personnes) : la lenteur du Wi-Fi, le bruit de la circulation (proximitĂ© de laroute en contrebas) et l’accĂšs Ă  la villa par une pente bien raide en voiture, mais nous Ă©tions prĂ©venus. Nous avons passĂ© une excellente semaine dans ce lieu magnifique !

Nous avons passĂ© un agrĂ©able sĂ©jour entre amis. Un accueil chaleureux, merci Mattea, personne trĂšs sympathique, de mĂȘme que madame Heurtaux, toujours Ă  l'Ă©coute. Villa avec une superbe vue sur la mer, rien ne manque pour passer de belles vacances. MalgrĂ©s la fermeture des resto, le couvre feu Ă  19 heure et la mĂ©tĂ©o un peu capricieuse, nous avons passĂ© de bon moments. Excellent villa in the south est of Corsica

The villa is just amazing. Beautiful scenery and view to the sea, rather small but nice infinity pool where kids can play, secluded from the other properties. The vila itself is very well organized with high quality and beautiful decorations. The inside and outside of the villa is excellent for a group of families that want to spend time together. Very well equipped kitchen, with multiple fridges and lots of other amenities. The upper room is just gorgeous, with wonderful view on the sea and an amazing bathroom. The windows of the villa are all large and give you a nice immersion into the surroudings. Overall, very pleased with our stay.

Tolle Villa mit Traumblick ĂŒber das Meer

Wir haben schon mehrfach FerienhĂ€user auf Korsika gemietet, immer fĂŒr die ganze Familie (6 Personen). Dieses Haus war bisher das beste hinsichtlich GrĂ¶ĂŸe, Ausstattung, Blick und Lage: alles hochwertig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, allein der morgendliche Blick aus dem Fenster auf das Meer ein Traum, sehr gute und saubere Betten/Matratzen, vollstĂ€ndige, funktionsfĂ€hige und saubere KĂŒchenausstattung (Besteck, Geschirr und GlĂ€ser in ausreichender Menge), um nur einige Dinge zu nennen. Daneben sehr nette und unkomplizierte Vermieter (wir konnten am Anreisetag auch bereits frĂŒher ins Haus), es hat einfach alles gepasst. Es ist richtig, dass es durch die Route Nationale teilweise recht laut ist, aber wenn man so zentral wohnen möchte, lĂ€sst sich das nicht ganz vermeiden, da die Nord-SĂŒd-Route die einzige Hauptstraße ist, die Bastia mit Porto-Vecchio bzw. Bonifacio verbindet. Fazit: eine absolute Weiterempfehlung!

A nos Ăąges avancĂ©s, nous ne sommes pas pressĂ©s de rejoindre le paradis. Nous avons pourtant dĂ©couvert ce qui pourrait en ĂȘtre le cadre dans la maison de ValĂ©rie. I have been working in tourism since the last 20 years in the South of Corsica and my professional experience has helped me to renovate this villa so it adapts better to our family oriented clientele.

Why they chose this property

The location of the villa is facing the Mediterranean Sea, but it is also turned toward the Corsican mountains. Access to the shoreline at 100 metres. Close to the city of Sainte Lucie in Porto Vecchio with its amenities and the beaches of Fautea at 1000 metres.

What makes this property unique

180° View, access to the sea at a pebble beach in an authentic environment, quiet and ideal for fishing and swimming. The living room and the kitchen are open and spacious and give directly on to the pool area. All 5 rooms have an adjacent shower room and 4 toilets in the villa. The parking is close to the entrance of the villa and facilitates unloading the suitcases and other items.
