The house is beautifully situated in a small village in the countryside, not far from the village pond. The river Grand Morin runs through the village. You will be staying in the heart of the farm and can, if you wish, help with the work on the farm or in the vineyard, depending on the season, while enjoying the peace and quiet of the countryside at the gateway to the Champagne region.

The covered terrace is equipped with garden furniture, sun loungers and a barbecue. The fenced garden, surrounded by a hedge, is ideal for children. Parking spaces for up to two or three cars are available in the fully enclosed courtyard.

The house is spacious (100 m²) and can accommodate five people. It has a bathroom with a shower, double washbasin and separate toilet. The master bedroom has a double bed (160 x 200 cm) and a chest of drawers. The second bedroom has a double bed (140 x 190 cm), a single bed (90 x 190 cm) and a wardrobe. The kitchen is fully equipped. The large living room is divided into a seating area with a corner sofa and a dining area. The house has central heating.

The nearest bakery is 4 km away. All other shops are 10 km away. If you enjoy being in the countryside, you can go for a walk through the vineyards or go horse riding. As the house is only 100 km from Paris, we recommend that you visit the French capital or spend a day at Disneyland, which the children are sure to love. And don't forget to visit Reims, Provins and Épernay, the capital of the Champagne region.

You can, of course, taste the champagne produced by the owner.
