The house is timber-framed, built to the latest energy and environmental standards, and offers all essential comforts. There is a mezzanine bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. The private kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances.



Set in the countryside, the property ensures peace and quiet, and you’re just a few kilometers from the sea and the GR34 hiking trail. You’ll be close to Paimpol, the Plouha cliffs, the Pink Granite Coast, and Bréhat Island.



Enjoy your own uncovered private terrace, perfect for relaxing outdoors. You also have access to a shared garden, ideal for unwinding in nature.
