The holiday home was built and completed in 2004. The modern, high-quality furnishings are comfortable and tastefully coordinated. The living room features a seating area with a two-seater and a three-seater sofa, a fireplace, a built-in cabinet, a TV, and a stereo system. The kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic-top stove with oven, a microwave, a raclette grill, a grill, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and a dining table for all guests. The bathroom has a shower and is equipped with underfloor heating. A bedroom with a double bed and a wardrobe is located on the ground floor. The other two bedrooms—one with a double bed and TV, and the other with two single beds—are located in the attic of the house. From the living room, you have direct access to the 45 m² south-facing terrace with patio furniture, a swivel grill, and a lake view.

Location: The holiday home is situated on a waterfront property just 10 metres from the lake. The property has its own swimming area and a private boat dock. The house offers a view of the lake. There is a particularly beautiful swimming spot for children in the village. Surrounded by the lush natural landscape around Wanzka, you’ll have plenty of opportunities for horseback riding, fishing, swimming, sunbathing, and boating. The area around Blankensee is situated on Lake Wanzka and Lake Rödlin. Here, you’ll find yourself at the gateway to the Feldberger Seenlandschaft Nature Park. Magnificent forests and lakes, framed by rolling hills, alternative throughout this region. Many rare animals, such as the otter, the black stork, the Eurasian screech owl, the white-tailed eagle, and the osprey, can still be found here. Well-maintained hiking and biking trails invite you to experience nature at its finest. The nearest shopping area and restaurant are each 3 km away. You can stroll and shop in the cultural and port city of Neustrelitz, 15 km away. There you’ll also find a wide selection of sights and museums. Opera and operetta enthusiasts can attend the annual Schlossgartenfestspiele.
