About this property
Chalet 1679 by Interhome
size of property: 200m².
The core of the holiday home dates from 1679, but has just been renovated with all modern comforts.
It is suitable for 2 adults and up to 2 children, possibly also 3 children.
Both the house, the incredible location and the surroundings are something very SPECIAL! We promise!
Nestled in an exclusive landscape at 1,800 metres, between the village of Törbel (1,500 m) and the Moosalp (2,045 m), the view extends 1,000 metres down into the Saas Valley or the Zermatt Valley. The absolute south-facing position guarantees sun from morning to evening, even in winter. Look out over 9 four-thousand metre peaks. Footpath from the car park approx. 150 metres. I have two other chalets, one has 80 good reviews (since 2015) and the other 50 (since 2021).
The chalet has been furnished with many genuine antiques, which are also fully suitable for children. E.g. six different porcelains (including 2 x Meissen, KPM), six genuine silver cutlery sets, antique drinking glasses, large bed set, wardrobe etc.
Suitable for children: The bedroom for 1 to 2 children is not large at 5 square metres. There is an additional cot in an adjoining room. The children use the separate small bathroom-WC on the upper floor, but the shower is shared with the parents until April 2026.
Equipment in the living room: TV with 55 inch/ 140 cm. Dining table for 4-6 people. Large sofa bed. W-Lan.
Kitchen equipment: well-equipped.
Situated in an old, small hamlet, extremely quiet! And with three different outdoor seating areas.
Sports facilities in the surrounding area: hiking, mountaineering, tobogganing, alpine skiing and cross-country skiing.
