Fantastic villa with swimming pool in Crikvenica for eight to ten people. The villa is in a quiet location in the upper part of the popular holiday resort of Crikvenica. The house is being rented out for the first time in 2016.
There is a 24 m² swimming pool on the property. The large, furnished terrace with barbecue and sea view is perfect for relaxing. The villa's 125 m² of living space is spread over two floors (the ground floor is like a separate apartment, with access to the first floor via an external staircase). The ground floor consists of two bedrooms, a bathroom, a living/dining room and a well-equipped kitchen, and has access to the pool area and terrace. On the first floor, there are two bedrooms, a bathroom, a modern living/dining room with kitchen and a fantastic balcony. The approx. 23 m² balcony is equipped with a table and chairs. Outside, there is a beautiful swimming pool, a covered terrace with barbecue and a locked parking space.
The property is 1.1 km from the beach and 1 km from the centre. The nearest grocery store is 1 km from the holiday home. The nearest restaurant is 1.1 km away.
