Our 54-square-meter “Moseltor” holiday rental, with its modern and comfortable furnishings, is very popular with our guests. Peace and quiet, comfort, and a great view are our strengths!

The quiet location on the outskirts of town with a magnificent view of the Hunsrück guarantees a pleasant and relaxing stay.
Our house is located about 300 metres above sea level, above the “Doctor’s Wine Town” of Bernkastel-Kues, at the “gateway” to the famous and enchanting Middle Moselle. It can be reached via a walking trail through the forest in about 40 minutes (4 km) or by car in about 8 minutes (6 km). Trier, Germany’s oldest city, is about 45 km away, and Koblenz is about 100 km away. The “Hunsrück-Hochwald” National Park lies at our feet, about 30 km away, and offers its guests wonderful hiking trails.

Monzelfeld is nestled among enchanting little stream valleys with their old mills, palaces, and castles, surrounded by almost untouched nature. Fresh, clean air and peace and quiet are guaranteed up here!
Beautiful biking and hiking trails leading to the Hunsrück, the Moselle, and all the way to the beautiful Vulkaneifel are within easy reach.
Quietly situated, yet just a short distance from the centre of Bernkastel-Kues and the Middle Moselle.
Centrally located near the Saar-Hunsrück Trail, Mosel Trail, and Eifel Trail; direct access to the Mosel Trail from Monzelfeld.
Germany’s oldest city, Trier, as well as Luxembourg and France, are just a short drive away.



Moseltor Holiday Rental:

All rooms are on one floor; the apartment is at ground level and therefore senior-friendly. A lockable storage area for bicycles, etc., and a spacious parking space are at your disposal.
The holiday rental’s newly landscaped private garden features a partially covered terrace with a grill, and the lawn with sun loungers provides the perfect spot to relax after long hikes and explorations in the fresh, healthy air. The quiet location on the outskirts of town with a magnificent view of the Hunsrück guarantees a pleasant and relaxing stay.



On-site costs: Free Wi-Fi is a given here. Towels and bed linens are included. For our younger guests, we’re happy to provide a travel cot and high chair.
