The fully tiled apartment features a living room with a kitchenette, dining area, and a raised bar with bar stools—perfect for relaxing. The bedroom is furnished with a cosy double bed. The bathroom features a modern shower and toilet. Upon request, a sofa bed for a third and fourth person can be provided for a fee. Pets are welcome.



On-site fees: Payment must be made via bank transfer prior to arrival.Cancellations made up to 14 days before arrival are free of charge; cancellations made between 14 and 7 days before arrival will be charged at 50% of the total cost; cancellations made within 7 days of arrival will be charged at 100% of the total cost.Check-in is available starting at 3:00 PM. Check-out is due by 10:00 AM. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Please contact us in a timely manner to make arrangements, if necessary. Keys are handed over in person on-site or via a key box. You will receive the code for the key box well in advance of your arrival. A sofa bed can be set up upon request for a third and fourth person for a fee.Pets are allowed for a fee of €10 per pet per night.



Check-in is from 3:00 to 12:00 a.m., and check-out is from 12:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
