Cosy apartment with separate kitchen, kitchenette with appliances, oven, freezer compartment, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, and sitting area; separate living room with 32-inch LED TV and sleeper sofa; 1 double bedroom, 1 single bedroom; shower/toilet. The apartment is wheelchair accessible.



On-site costs: A 50% advance payment may be charged after booking. The remaining balance is due on-site in cash.Cancellations made up to 30 days before arrival are free of charge; cancellations made between 30 and 14 days before arrival will be charged 50% of the total cost; cancellations made within 14 days of arrival will be charged 100% of the total cost.Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Check-out is between 11:00 AM and 12:00 PM. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Please contact us in a timely manner to arrange this, if necessary. Keys will be handed over in person on site. A baby cot or rollaway bed can be provided free of charge upon request. Pets are allowed for a fee of €5 per day.The tourist tax of €0.50 per person per night will be charged additionally on site. Other applicable fees: Heating, electricity, and other energy costs, including parking at the house, are free of charge; wine tastings and barbecue evenings several times a year included.



Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 9:00, and check-out is from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
