Discover Le Studio, a 38 m² air-conditioned cottage for 2 guests, located in a former farmhouse in the heart of the Quercy Blanc hills, on the edge of the Lot region. You will receive a warm welcome in this peaceful setting surrounded by animals.



The cottage features a bedroom with a double bed (140 cm) accessed by a miller's ladder, an equipped kitchen with dining area, a bathroom with shower and toilet, as well as reversible air conditioning and heating for winter stays.



Outside, enjoy a shared swimming pool (10 x 5 m), a fishing pond, a terrace with dining area, a games room with pool table, foosball, and ping-pong, plus 5 hectares of meadows and gardens where you can meet and feed the animals. There are many opportunities for walking, cycling, mountain biking, or horseback riding in the surrounding area.



For your comfort, the cottage offers Wi-Fi and a television. Parking is available on site. A nearby village provides a bakery, restaurant, and other amenities.
