Visitor’s tax/overnight stay tax of the Hanseatic City of Wismar (5%):
The Hanseatic City of Wismar levies a visitor’s tax/lodging tax of 5% on the travel price of the booked accommodation. This is not included in the travel price and will be billed separately upon booking. Since the visitor’s tax/overnight stay tax is not based on the number of people, guests of the Hanseatic City of Wismar will not be issued a visitor’s card.

Our spacious holiday loft is located on Wismar’s historic market square in a truly unique setting. It was completed in April 2023 following extensive restoration and offers space and comfort for groups of up to 16 people. With a living area of 200 m², you’ll find 6 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and high-quality, brand-new furnishings. Everything you need for a restful and relaxing holiday is provided.

Numerous restaurants and cosy cafés that invite you to linger are located in the immediate vicinity. All shopping options, charming boutiques, and interesting stores where you can browse to your heart’s content are within easy walking distance.
It’s also just a few minutes’ walk to the bike shop, where you can rent bikes (including e-bikes)—and you’ll pass through the beautiful streets of Wismar’s Old Town along the way.
