Das Objekt ist schön gelegen mit direktem Zugang zum Wasser. Allerdings trübt der Schein. Die Ferienwohnung ist in einem miserablen Zustand. Der als Wohnzimmer dienende Wintergarten ist stark baufällig. An der Decke sieht man, dass es reingeregnet hat. Die Außenjalousien sind stark verschmutzt. Die Einrichtung ist in die Jahre gekommen. Die Küche alt, die Dekorfolie löst sich schon ab. Das Bad ebenso alt. Klopapierhalter abgebrochen. Handtuchhalter alte vergilbte Plastik. Das Fernsehkabel liegt von einem Raum zum anderen…Stolpergefahr. Die Sauberkeit lies auch zu wünschen übrig. Die angegebene Sauna nur von Oktober bis April geöffnet, wir hatten also Pech. Das Einzige was funktioniert hat, war der Brötchenservice. Wen wunderts, der Vermieter besitzt eine große Bäckerei. Die Unzulänglichkeiten haben wir beim Verwalter moniert. Probleme lange bekannt, wird jedoch vom Vermieter ignoriert. Wir können nur abraten, diese Wohnung zu mieten.
