Weihnachtsurlaub mit Ruhe und Meer

Das Objekt war absolut für Familien mit 2 Teenagern geeignet. Der zentrale Familienpunkt war die große Stube mit Küche zum gemeinsamen Kochen und Backen oder für Spiele- und Fernsehabende mit wärmenden Kamin. Im oberen Stock hatte jeder sein Raum zum Zurückziehen oder konnte Saunieren. Wer zur kalten Jahreszeit Ruhe sucht, ist hier richtig und die Umgebung ( ca 20 Min. zu Fuß zur Ostsee) lädt zum Wandern, Radeln oder Joggen ein.

Schlechtes Ferienhaus in toller Umgebung

Wir waren mit unserer Familie 4 Tage im Ferienhaus in kägsdorf und leider waren wir nicht zufrieden. Das Ferienhaus war war scheinbar nicht gereinigt und die Spülmaschine war komplett verschimmelt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter in Kühlungsborn war mangelhaft. Nach kägsdorf kommen wir gerne wieder, in dieses Ferienhaus sicher nicht.

Ein sehr schönes Ferienhaus

Alles in allem sehr gut ausgestattet. Viel Platz. Ein Highlight zur kühleren Zeit ist die eigene Sauna. Ein sehr schönes Ferienhaus mit Blick auf die Ostsee. Der Strand ist 1,2 km entfernt. Nicht der schönste, aber da keine Kurtaxe bezahlt werden musste, war es für uns und unseren Hund OK. Sehr gut durch Angler besucht.

Gemütliche Wohnung, etwas abgelegen

Die Wohnung ist toll, geräumig mit 3 gut aufgeteilten Schlafzimmern, einem großen Bad und einem kleinen eingezäunten Garten mit Terrasse mit Ausrichtung zur Ostsee. Das Meer ist zu sehen, aber recht weit weg. Wir hatten Fahrräder dabei, um nach kühlungsborn, zum Bäcker oder zum Strand zu fahren. Das ist bei dieser Lage zu empfehlen. Der Service der Agentur war aus unserer Sicht nicht gut und die Kommunikation mangelhaft. Es gab beispielsweise in den Buchungsunterlagen keinen Hinweis dass bettwäsche und Handtücher mitgebracht werden bzw gegen Aufpreis zugebucht werden müssen. Der Schlüssel muss in Kühlungsborn an der Strandpromenade abgeholt und auch wieder abgeliefert werden, was recht umständlich ist.

Insgesamt in Ordnung, Nachteile sind jedoch: - Ameisen in der Küche - Abfluss verstopft in der Dusche - Strand vor Ort nicht so schnell zu erreichen wie versprochen
