Welcome to our spacious Old Town house, which offers you the perfect retreat in the heart of city centre! With a generous floor area of approximately 150 square metres, our holiday home comfortably accommodates up to 7 people and is ideal for families or groups looking to spend relaxing days in a charming setting.

The house spans three floors: On the ground floor, you’ll find a cosy entryway and a convenient guest bathroom. The fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired—here you can cook to your heart’s content and show off your culinary skills. The adjacent dining area is perfect for enjoying meals together.

On the first and second floors, you’ll find a total of four tastefully furnished bedrooms. Two bedrooms are furnished with comfortable double box-spring beds, while the third bedroom features another double bed and the fourth bedroom has a single bed. Each bedroom has its own TV and secure safes so you can store your valuables with peace of mind.

The spacious living room with a wood-burning stove (please note that firewood is not provided) is the perfect place for cosy evenings. Enjoy relaxing hours in front of the TV or let yourself be enchanted by the cosy atmosphere of the fireplace.

The outdoor sauna, which operates with a coin-operated system, is perfect for relaxation. Relax on the furnished patio, use the grill for cosy evenings outdoors, or simply lean back in the beach chair and enjoy the fresh air.

There’s also a parking space available behind the house, though we’d like to point out that backing out can be a bit of a challenge. There is a wallbox in the car park where you can conveniently charge your electric car (coin-operated).
