Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage war für uns grandios. Ruhig, Blick übers weite Feld, man sieht regelmäßig Feldhasen und Rehe. Zum Strand ist es dementsprechend weit und das parken in ganz Boltenhagen kostenpflichtig. 8 für einen Tag! Von der Ausstattung ist alles notwendige vorhanden. Als Anschaffung wäre noch ein riesiger Topf zum Kochen von Familienportionen zu empfehlen. Die Schlafzimmer können nicht abgedunkelt werden. Einzig ein dünner Vorhang vorm Fenster und der hält gar kein Licht ab. Wer darauf Wert legt wird dort nicht glücklich. Die Treppe nach oben ist sehr steil und für Senioren und Kleinkinder weniger gut geeignet. Dass es ein einzelnes Haus ist hat uns sehr gefallen, da die Kinder auch mal laut herum trampeln. Garten ist schön: Sitzgelegenheit vor dem Haus, kleine Wäscheleine und Fahrradunterstand vorhanden. Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub.

Ruhig gelegenes, gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus

Wir haben uns im Sommerhaus "Karls-Ruhe" von Ausstattung, Lage und Umgebung her sehr wohlgefühlt und die Ruhe dort sehr genossen. Ein schönes Ferienhaus, dass man gerne weiterempfehlen kann. Leider war es nicht sehr sauber, viele tote Tierchen, die überall herumlagen, viele Spinnnetze und Motten (Mottenfalle haben wir dann ausgelegt) und es hat sehr muffig gerochen. Vielleicht waren wir nach längerer Zeit die ersten Gäste wieder und hätten wir das Bettwäschepaket gewählt wäre vielleicht nochmal jemand dort gewesen und hätte nochmal durchgesaugt und gelüftet. Das wünschen wir den nächsten Gästen. Ansonsten war alles sehr schön. Wer Ruhe und Erholung sucht und vielleicht mit den Fahrrädern unterwegs sein möchte, findet hier eine schöne, gut ausgestattete Unterkunft vor. Die steile Treppe nach oben war für uns kein Problem, aber mit Kindern oder älteren Mitreisenden muss man sich darauf einstellen.
