This cosy 3-room apartment (68 m²) is located in a quiet 30-km/h zone just 300 metres from the ocean. This bright, high-quality, non-smoking apartment is located on the ground floor (raised ground floor) of a small apartment building. The “Strandeule” can accommodate up to 6 people. This distinctive holiday rental was completely renovated in the spring of 2015, with everything from the furniture to the fixtures and fittings replaced, and it was fully refitted with modern designer flooring.

The heart of the apartment is the approximately 25 m² living-dining area with cosy sofas, wingback chairs, and solid wood furniture, a 3D HD TV with satellite reception, and a large dining table. From here, you can enjoy the view of the dunes and soak up the sun all day long on the southwest-facing balcony. Spend the night in quiet and tastefully furnished bedrooms (approx. 15 and 18 m²) on 180- and 160-cm-wide country-style beds with blackout roller shades. The larger room also features a sturdy bunk bed (200 x 90 cm) and satellite TV. All sleeping areas, including the bunk bed, feature high-quality, firm, new mattresses, as well as an additional Hauck baby cot for our youngest guests. The modern bathroom is equipped with a glass shower and a towel warmer.
The new, separate kitchen features a glass-ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, electric kettle, coffee maker, raclette grill, etc., and an additional dining area for up to four people. A dishwasher and a separate washing machine/dryer combo have been integrated into the kitchen.
Two private parking spaces and free Wi-Fi. Your dog is welcome at any time, but the cleaning company will charge an additional fee.

Furthermore, we cannot guarantee transmission speeds or local coverage. The island is constantly changing, so noise disturbances from new construction or renovation work may occur. A rent reduction or compensation for damages due to construction noise is excluded if the landlord has no means of mitigating the construction noise.
