Exclusive 2-room holiday apartment "Haus Metropol," 9th floor, northeast corner of Haus Metropol. No smoking! Living room with double sofa bed and armchair, telephone, cable TV, Internet/Wi-Fi (subject to availability), radio, dining area by the window, north-facing balcony with a magnificent east-facing balcony with a view over the island, open kitchen with a 2-burner stove, dishwasher, and microwave, bedroom with a double bed, built-in closet, and east-facing balcony, shower/toilet with bidet. The bathroom is accessible from both the hallway and directly from the bedroom. Pets are not allowed. The living/bedroom area has light-colored hardwood floors. A parking space or garage can be booked for a fee. Bed linens and towels are provided upon arrival.
