Welcome to Bergisch Gladbach, right on the outskirts of Cologne! The city is considered the liveable heart of the Rheinisch-Bergisch district—a popular place for shopping, working, and living.
The Bensberg area is located in the south of Bergisch Gladbach and offers everything you need for daily life: supermarkets (REWE, Norma), small shops, cafés, bakeries, and restaurants are just a few metres away.
The location has excellent transport links:
Ideal for visitors to the Cologne Trade Fair (Koelnmesse).
- The KVB U1 line takes you directly to city centre Cologne (Deutz “Messe,” Neumarkt, Rudolfplatz). - By car, you can reach the A4 highway towards Cologne or the green Bergisches Land region in just a few minutes. The A3 highway towards Frankfurt is also within easy reach.
The bus stop for Bergisch Gladbach and Bensberg is right outside the door. At the Bensberg bus station, just a 6-minute walk away, you can take a direct bus to Cologne Airport.
Attractions such as Bensberg Castle, beautiful hiking and biking trails, and the famous “Mediterana” sauna complex will make your stay especially enjoyable.

We usually welcome you in person or send a representative who will give you the keys and the garage remote control and explain how the lighting system works, etc. It’s best to park right in front of the building, bring your suitcases with you, ring the doorbell at Molina, and take the lift to the 10th floor. After that, we’ll show you parking space A29 in the underground garage.
