Visitor’s tax/lodging tax of the Hanseatic City of Wismar (5%):
The Hanseatic City of Wismar levies a visitor’s tax/lodging tax of 5% on the travel price of the booked accommodation. This is not included in the travel price and will be billed separately upon booking. Since the visitor’s tax/lodging tax is not based on the number of people, guests of the Hanseatic City of Wismar will not be issued a visitor’s card.

Visit our new, exclusive holiday home “Fischkopp,” located in a quiet setting in the heart of the Hanseatic city of Wismar. This stunning property is situated in the midst of the picturesque Old Town, just a few metres from Wismar’s market square with its shops, cafés, and restaurants, or from Wismar’s harbour. With approximately 70 square metres of living space, it is generously proportioned and comfortably accommodates up to 4 people. The furnishings are high-quality, modern, and stylish—the stunning view from the balcony overlooking a small green oasis is unique in Wismar.

and pets are not allowed (ideal for people with allergies)
If you arrive with your own or rented bicycles, you can park them securely in the locked courtyard.
Upon request, we can provide a cot and/or high chair for a fee.

Parking in Wismar
The holiday rental does not have its own parking space. Unloading at the holiday rental (Neustadt) is possible.
After unloading, please use the car parks at Weidendamm or Schiffbauerdamm.

You’ll find various shopping options (Netto, Edeka supermarket, or a convenience store open daily), cafés, bakeries, and restaurants nearby.
The bike rental shop is located about 600 metres away. Here you can rent bicycles or e-bikes for the duration of your stay.
