The “Boathouse” got its name from its proximity to the neighbouring boat dock in the town of Tielen. Accordingly, elements of water and nature are reflected in the wall colours and rustic furnishings.
You enter the apartment through a bright entryway that serves as a coat closet. As soon as you step inside, you’ll be greeted by a view of the spacious living area, which includes an open-concept kitchen. The wide window front and light-colored walls allow the southern sunlight to flood the entire room. The high ceilings emphasise the spacious feel of the room.
The inviting dining table offers plenty of space for cosy game nights or hearty meals, which can be prepared in the modern built-in kitchen equipped with a dishwasher.
You can then wind down the day on the comfortable family sofa while enjoying the view of the crackling fire in the stove. Whether with a book in hand, enjoying good conversation, or watching the flat-screen TV, everyone will find their favourite spot here.
That spot could also be on the spacious south-facing balcony, which is set on a gentle slope. It is furnished with a table and comfortable garden chairs. A glass enclosure surrounding the balcony protects against cool winds while offering an unobstructed view of the Eider River.
The bedrooms offer a truly special spatial experience. The deep Niagara blue on the back walls radiates a pleasant sense of calm and strength in both rooms. This allows you to enjoy a deep sleep in the freshly made, comfortable beds and start the new day feeling refreshed.
