The Son Talent holiday home enjoys a sensational hilltop location in the middle of the beautiful landscape in the east of Mallorca. The terraces offer fantastic views as far as the Tramuntana mountains. The garden is home to fragrant lemon, mandarin and orange trees and hides cosy spots in the shade of palm, oleander and olive trees. Thanks to a gentle breeze, the covered terrace alongside the house invites you to linger over a meal or take a relaxing nap in the cosy lounge. On the other side of the pool is another semi-circular terrace. It is equipped with an outdoor kitchen with barbecue and a lovely outdoor shower. The pool has a counter-current system and a splash shower. Can you imagine what it's like to refresh yourself in this illuminated pool on hot summer nights under an impressive starry sky?



The interior of the holiday home is just as lovingly designed as the exterior. The colourful, creative decoration conveys joie de vivre and a homely feeling. The spacious, light-flooded living area with customised shelving, a comfortable leather sofa and an impressive fireplace flows seamlessly into the dining area and an open-plan, modern kitchen. Windows all around offer a marvellous view over the countryside. From the main living area, a staircase leads down to the basement. There are four individually furnished sleeping areas. Three of them each have their own exit to the garden and air conditioning. Two of the double bedrooms have their own bathroom. The other two share a private bathroom. There is also a guest WC on the upper living level. The house is equipped with heating, a music system and stable WLAN. The holiday home is located on a large hilly plot in the east of Mallorca. Manacor is 6 km away and offers good shopping facilities. Various sandy beaches on the east coast are 20-25 km away.
