Beautiful home in Ses Salines

Sa Pleta Petita is a beautifully maintained country house in the south of Mallorca that offers plenty of space and privacy for up to eight guests. The natural stone farmhouse is situated on a spacious 14,000 m² plot and is surrounded by olive trees and Mediterranean flora, ideal for leisurely walks.







The covered terrace has a long dining table for al fresco meals, while various sun-drenched areas, including a roof terrace with sun loungers, invite you to relax. Enjoy a refreshing dip in the large rectangular pool or take part in friendly games in the covered table tennis area.



The interior combines elegance with the charm of a farmhouse and presents light, natural colours and fine wooden details. On the ground floor there is a spacious, open-plan living and dining area, a chic kitchen with access to the terrace and a double bedroom with a modern bathroom. Upstairs there are three further bedrooms, including one with an en-suite bathroom, and two separate bathrooms to ensure comfort for all guests.



Ses Selines is only approx. 1.4 km away by hire car. Various beaches, such as the beautiful natural beach of Can Curt or Platja des Port, the small town beach of Colonia de Sant Jordi, are also less than 5 km from your holiday home.



The air conditioning in the bedrooms is included in the price, but its use is limited to the time between 21:00 and 09:00. After this time, the fee will be charged in cash on site.
