The classic Villa S'Estanyol, characterised by its charming brown shutters, is ideally located for those who enjoy being close to the sea. This well-kept, sunny yellow holiday home is set on a picturesque plot with palm trees, oleanders and cacti, nestled in a quiet coastal settlement.







The spacious holiday home has various secluded, partially covered terrace areas and balconies, each equipped with inviting seating. These outdoor areas are perfect for barbecues, cosy naps on deckchairs or quiet reading sessions. Convenient parking spaces are available for your car on the street.



Inside, the villa exudes a cosy atmosphere, with cool white tiled floors, complemented by warm wooden elements and carefully selected home accessories in bright colours such as sunny yellow and ocean blue. On the ground floor there is a modern kitchen with a small seating area and direct access to the outside as well as an open-plan living and dining room, ideal for shared meals or relaxed evenings. There are also two comfortable bedrooms and a bathroom with shower on the ground floor. Upstairs you will find another bedroom with a double bed, a small living room with a sofa, fireplace and TV as well as a bathroom with a bathtub.



The well-kept Villa S'Estanyol is located in a quiet urbanisation on the east coast of Mallorca. If you love the sea and beach life, this is the place for you: from here you can walk a good 1 km to the beautiful, long sandy beach of Son Serra de Marina. Shops and restaurants are also within easy walking distance. Artà is less than 14 km away and is perfect for a visit to the weekly market.
