The holiday home is easily accessible via well-maintained roads, and you can park your rental car securely on the fenced property. Behind the house is a spacious covered terrace with a dining area and seating. From there, you can access the well-kept garden with its approximately 6 x 4 meter private pool, Saltwater pool, featuring convenient steps and surrounding terraces. A built-in barbecue is also located there, perfect for enjoying wonderful Mediterranean-style grilling evenings. You won't have any annoying neighbors there!

Inside this modern and bright villa, you'll find a spacious living and dining area with a fully equipped open-plan kitchen featuring an island. The two bright and contemporary bedrooms are furnished with double beds (200 x 180 cm) and each has an en-suite bathroom. There is also a guest WC and a convenient laundry room.

The magnificent beaches in the north, such as Can Picafort, Playa de Muro, and Puerto de Alcudia, are just a few minutes away by car. Enjoy wonderful days on their white sandy beaches with a wide range of restaurants and cafes. In the nearby village of Muro, you'll find large supermarkets and many other shops, as well as a large selection of typical Mallorcan bars and restaurants.
