In the centre of Kallvik 25 km from the centre of Linköping, in a quiet position, 50 m from the edge of the forest, 300 m from the lake, 300 m from the beach, in the countryside. Bathing jetty. Private: natural state property 1'200 m2 with flowers and trees, beautiful garden to relax, pond. Outdoor shower, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, fish-processing table. In the house: sauna (extra). Hot tub (extra). Rowing boat, parking (for 2 cars) at the house. Kitchen (4 hot plates, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Shower/WC. Upper floor: 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm), 1 double bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). Terrace furniture, barbecue, conservatory, sitting area. Beautiful view of the garden and the forest. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, children's high chair. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: one double bedroom is outside the apartment. Non-smoking house. Private mooring. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher. Instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area (gallery, alcove, etc.).
