Holiday Home "Gîte Champêtre, All Comforts" with Wi-Fi

Charming cottage for 4 guests, located in the heart of the Haut Livradois Park, in a small hamlet at 1000 m altitude surrounded by pine trees.



Fully equipped, it features a living room with kitchen (fridge, electric hob, oven, microwave, coffee maker), lounge with sofa, TV, and internet access. The bedroom has a 140 cm bed and a closed mezzanine with two 90 cm beds. Bathroom and separate toilet.



The grounds are fully enclosed and landscaped, with garden furniture, barbecue, and loungers. The heated pool with solarium and sunbeds is accessible from 9 am to 1 pm and after 5 pm.



The village is 6 km away. Many activities are available nearby: lake, water park, tennis, rollerblading, mountain bike rental, golf, treetop adventure park, hiking trails starting at the cottage, and more. It's a paradise for mushroom lovers. Motorcyclists are welcome, with a locked garage for bikes. Peace and fresh air guaranteed.



Small dogs are accepted with prior approval from the owners.



Electricity costs are payable on site. Cleaning is included. Bed linen and towels are available for an extra charge.

L’accès à la piscine est un vrai plus et a largement contribué à rendre notre séjour encore plus agréable. Si vous recherchez le calme, la détente et la zénitude, c’est l’endroit idéal. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

Pros: Marie-Hélène et Maurice nous ont très bien accueilli, ils sont disponibles et à l’écoute. Le gîte est très bien entretenu, le jardin et la piscine sont superbes.
