The high-quality “Muschelperle” is located not far from the bustling town centre and, consequently, the idyllic fishing harbour.
Directly diagonally across from the house is the beach access, from which you can reach the fine-sand beach in just a few steps.

In the immediate vicinity of the holiday rental, you’ll find the Junge city bakery, cosy cafés, restaurants, and other shops. The adjacent Jaacks fashion store invites you to enjoy a leisurely shopping spree.
This dream home is rounded out by its central location near the beach, which offers you a great starting point for a wonderful holiday on the Baltic Sea.

The modern 2-room apartment No. 1b "Muschelperle" is located on the ground floor of the building and, with approximately 60 square metres of living space, offers plenty of room for up to 4 people to feel at home, unwind, and relax.

You’ll be greeted by a spacious, inviting entryway whose maritime design immediately puts you in the mood for the “sea.” The separate, bright living area features a comfortable wingback chair, a flat-screen TV, and a high-quality leather sofa set. With its sleeper function (extends to 160x190 cm), this sofa provides a comfortable sleeping option for the third and fourth guests. The living area, which thus also serves as a sleeping area, is physically separated from the entryway and can be darkened with blackout blinds. While early risers can already prepare breakfast in the separate kitchen, late sleepers can still relax and unwind after eventful days on holiday.

The living area also features a cosy dining area that seats up to 4 people. From the living area, you can step out onto the small, east-facing terrace overlooking the sea, where you can let the warm, soothing rays of the morning sun wake you up while you enjoy breakfast and breathe in the refreshing Baltic Sea air. The perfect start to a wonderful day on holiday by the Baltic Sea!

In the separate, modern kitchen, you’ll find an induction cooktop, an oven, a microwave, and a dishwasher, among other appliances. Of course, you’ll also find a coffee maker, a Tchibo Cafissimo capsule coffee machine, a kettle, and a toaster. All in all, the kitchen is very high-quality and equipped with all the necessary appliances and utensils. There is also additional seating here for 2 people.

The separate bedroom in the Niendorf holiday rental is furnished with a high-quality double bed (180x200 cm; 2 mattresses, each 90x200 cm), a spacious wardrobe, and a second flat-screen TV. Blackout blinds ensure exceptional sleeping comfort, allowing you to completely darken the room.

In the bathroom, you’ll find a toilet and a walk-in shower at floor level with a rain showerhead, featuring beautifully designed glass panels. There is also plenty of storage space here. You can place your towels on a heated towel rack to warm them up, so you’ll be completely relaxed after your shower. Pure spa vibes!
