In this holiday home, you can enjoy a wonderful holiday in nature with your dog. The holiday home was completed in May 2022 and is equipped to a high standard. The approximately 70 m² of living space is divided into two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a spacious living and dining area.

The children’s room features two single beds (each 0.9 x 2.0 m) with nightstands, reading lamps, and a closet.

In the master bedroom, a 1.80 x 2.00 m box-spring bed offers a high level of comfort, while the spacious closet and nightstands provide ample storage.

The spacious, bright living area with an open kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. Whether from the comfortable sofa or right from the dining area, you can enjoy an unobstructed view of the open landscape of the Wesermarsch at any time. And if the sun happens to be hiding, the fireplace provides plenty of warmth and cosiness.

The bathroom features a walk-in shower, toilet, and sink. The vanity and mirror cabinet are spacious and offer plenty of storage options.

On the furnished patio, you can enjoy the healthy North Sea air. The newly landscaped, fully fenced-in garden consists mainly of lawn, making the house ideal for dog owners or families with small children. In the lockable garden shed, you can safely store items such as bicycles, strollers, and beach toys.

The outdoor sauna offers relaxing respite with a view of the meadows.

Pets are welcome in this house for an additional cleaning fee!

This is a non-smoking home. Parties and events are not permitted in this holiday home.

The holiday home area is still under development, and there may be occasional noise and dust around or inside the property. A “construction site discount” has already been applied.
