Villa la Vista is an independent villa recently renovated with a contemporary style where simplicity and functionality have been combined together perfectly. The name ( Villa "the View" ) it's inspired by the breathtaking view of which this location is gifted and that gives to all its guests the possibility to enjoy the beautiness of Cefalù from a unique position.Villa la Vista is split among two offset floors with large outdoor spaces all around, a nice solarium next to the wonderful overhang swimming pool, a barbecue area, a play area and a shaded parking space for two cars. The swimming pool is approximately 60 square meters wide and the access can be prevented using a little gate to ensure children's safety.
